The minute I started watching this video (made by new-found-cutest-gay-boy-neighbor Skye) I wanted to tell him, “OMG. This is just exactly my aesthetic. This is high-color, not all the way sensical, there’s animation and puppetry, this is precisely what I am dabbling in. This is how I want to use neons, and oh! that boy singing is adorable and so sweet-looking, like he’d bring you chicken noodle soup when yer feeling blue.”
Instead, I just said, “Cool. Can I post this on my blog?”
He said yes.
