And it’s one of those really really easy ones. Basic pictures. See, I like to think I am really good at solving these. Used to a be a bartender at Rio who would race you to the answer, if you beat him, he bought yer Lonie. I beat him all the time.

When the toxins start leaving your body and you spend all of your free time at work peeing oh so hard and you’re only eating roughage and the sweetest thing you are allowed is a rice cake with honey on it … even the mid-afternoon tea sorta feels like a treat.
Guess that makes me lucky.
My best friend, she does holistic health and she walks me through things. Like, the part that says “no fizzy drinks” is also referring to fizzy water. Ix-nay the Opo-tay.
So, day six and I wonder the whole time, am I doing this right? Will I make it the whole time? And then I think about my head zooming and the energy of mornings and the raw, organic goodness and the lack of wheat and dairy and sugars and I think, hey. I am doing this right. I’m doing this myself. For myself.
And I’m gonna make it to day 21. Just you watch.
